You acknowledge and agree that the Service, any Salesforce proprietary software (“Salesforce Software”) and any other software provided in connection with the Service contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). Salesforce makes no commitments with respect to Limited Versions, including any commitment to continue any Limited Version or to convert any Limited Version into a product offering. Limited Versions are provided solely for informative purposes. Salesforce may make available to you versions of the Service or its parts that constitute or include demo, experimental, evaluation, not for resale, preview, in-development, limited availability or other limited access versions (“Limited Versions”). You also understand and acknowledge that Salesforce may modify, terminate, suspend, or otherwise adjust any and all functions, features, options, utilities, tools or other aspects of the Service at any time without prior notice to you. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including new releases, shall be subject to these or other applicable TOS.
